Elizabeth Melton serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The White Oak Group where she oversees the company's day-to-day operations, drives strategic execution, and ensures operational excellence across all departments.  With a passion for building high-performing teams and optimizing processes, Mrs. Melton plays a critical role in aligning operations with the company's mission and long-term vision.  With over 30 years of leadership experience, Mrs. Melton brings a proven track record of leading organizational growth and delivering sustainable results.

 

Mrs. Melton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Alabama.
